- Click 'enquire' when you find the design you're looking for; or click Search if you can't find your design.
- Complete the form with your details and we'll reply to you with the items we have available and prices.
- You choose what items you want to buy, where you want them delivered to, and how you want to pay for them.
- We reply with a confirmation and details of possible payment methods.
- You pay, either by credit card (through our Secure Server or over the telephone) or by cheque (see Payment and Delivery for further details).
- As soon as we receive your payment, your china is dispatched by Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
